Resume. Objective. Conduct a systematic analysis of the results domestic and foreign clinical studies on changes in functions musculoskeletal system pregnant woman and, based our own research, study relationship between pregnancy disorders women. Methods. The included survey conducted among 102 women during 18 postpartum period. following parameters were also determined: body weight before at moment, woman's height glucose blood pressure levels, hemoglobin values. length width foot, range motion joints limbs measured order to identify signs joint hypermobility. All measurements foot made using stopometer caliper with calculation podometry index. Statistical obtained data was carried out IBM SPSS Statistics 23 program. Results. During pregnancy, are concerned about pain various localization: back, neck, legs, spasms muscles legs. There is change anthropometric index podometry, particular, an increase by 1-2 sizes, due decrease arches feet under influence hormonal changes, development or progression existing combined flat feet.
